This whiskey is the marriage of three finishes, each with their own distinctive flavor profiles. WhistlePig 12 Year Old Rye Whiskey is aged in three types of cask from the ‘old world’. 63% is aged in Madeira casks, 30% in Sauternes and 7% in Port. The spicy rye combines perfectly with the sweet flavours from the casks. Finished to perfection and blended into a symphony of flavor. It started as a grand experiment and ended as the first Rye whiskey of its kind, giving you Rye in all its glory.. and then some.
