1800 Guachimonton Tequila Añejo, the newest member of the acclaimed 1800 line, celebrates the Tequila region’s heritage. Inspired by Jalisco’s Guachimontones, this special edition honors Teuchitlán’s pre-Hispanic past, where orange trees once flourished before the agave took over.
Crafted from the finest agaves nourished by springs and rich volcanic clay soil, this tequila pays tribute to the land’s history. The bottle design reflects the Guachimontones monuments and the red volcanic soil.
Aged in new American oak barrels and finished in orange tequila liqueur barrels, it reveals copper and amber tones with flavors of honey, orange peel, laurel, vanilla, fresh tobacco, and minerals.
How to Enjoy: Savor it neat, on the rocks, or in a classic old fashioned. It pairs excellently with beef and pork stews, aged cheeses, and citrus desserts like crepes suzette.
