Aged for twelve months in ex-bourbon and ex-Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, this aging process is finished with aeration, a step that brings out the tequila’s vibrant character. The result is a harmonious blend of sweet agave, dry fruits, vanilla, apple, and a subtle smokiness.
